I was given this recipe by a very helpful Yoga Instructor who graduated Spring 2009 from the Bikram Teacher Training program. This juice is supposed to assist in the prevention of colds and flus and is overall very, very good for you: 1 head of romaine lettuce 5 to 6 stalks of organic kale (stems, everything) 1 fuji apple 1 lemon (don’t peel the lemon, nutrients are in the white part) ...

… is approximately what i burn per each bikram yoga class. i found this little fact really interesting. You can lose anywhere between 600 and 1200 calories per class :) Calculate your calories burned. Yoga is for the mind, soul and body.
